We have been contacted by your client Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea and her husband, Nicholas Alliegro.
Chelsea claims that in May 2015, Ms O’Donnell locked her in her bedroom and threatened to kill her. She also claims that Ms O’Donnell had been drinking, chased her with an empty wine bottle and pulled off her clothes to see her tattoo.
Chelsea alleges that Ms O’Donnell hit her when she was locked in a room at her boarding school in Utah when she was 13 years old. Mr Alliegro also claims that Ms O’Donnell told him she had done this during a phone conversation.
Chelsea claims that Ms O’Donnell hit her older brother, Parker, with a dictionary when he was a teenager.
Chelsea claims that Ms O’Donnell lied to the police and the public in August 2015 when she claimed that her daughter had run away from home and was missing. She said that Ms O’Donnell kicked her out and knew where she was staying in New Jersey.
The couple also claim that when Chelsea suffered a miscarriage, Ms O’Donnell did not come to visit Chelsea in hospital or offer them support – instead she had her daughter’s car taken away.
Mr Alliegro claims that Ms O’Donnell offered to pay for his apartment for a year if he broke up with Ms O’Donnell – an offer which he turned down.
The couple also claim that Ms O’Donnell would only pay for medical treatment, following her daughter’s diagnosis with a brain lesion, if the couple agreed to get a divorce.
They also claim that Ms O’Donnell is dating Dana Schiff.
A response would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Louise Boyle
