Suzy writes: March 29, 2017 9:00 pm For Tamera 8 Weeks to Optimum Health by Dr. Andrew Weil was a good guide to follow when I received a dire diagnosis. One change a week. Slow easy wise adjustments that will lead you to the healthiest life style. It has been twenty years of survival for me. I am sure that it helped- not as disciplined as I once was but much better habits endured.

ernie writes: March 27, 2017 10:57 pm “Let go of the things that no longer serve you”. This includes family.. my toughest lesson. Mom was an IV drug user, used until she died last year at 70 yrs old. I loved her to pieces but she almost broke me. I had to let her go, best thing I ever did for myself. ro hard
Kristen writes: March 27, 2017 10:57 pm I am a single mom of 3. Work 2 jobs. Cannot afford healthcare through my job because premiums and copays are so high. I was not better off with Obama. Didn't hate him, but wasn't better off. I wanted change. I want to be able to go to the doctor and not go bankrupt.
