Hi. I’m only 48 years old with a child of autism, I recently had a heart attack and am currently in heart failure and stage 3 chronic kidney disease I have NEVER drank, smoked or done drugs. I need a good safe diet plan to stay alive for my autistic child I do not want to die. How did you get thru your post heart attack? Help me stay alive please.
