UMASS Amherst has an adoption chair.Maybe you could partner with them for your conference. Put up a website to solicit input for the direction. Ask the mothers, fathers, siblings what they need.or have learned. Ask the daughters what they need. With the right facilitator it could develop into a focussed conference.
