Frozen shoulder-I had never even heard of it! No range of movement. Excruciating, esp pain from sudden movement (like when you touch something hot and pull it back quickly). My ortho said it takes a year to heal and PT doesn’t help. I didn’t get the shot but wish I had. Still can’t sleep comfortably on that side but it’s way better. Wait wait w
