Any advice on how to be a good friend to an ASD family? My bestfriend’s daughter age 3, more nonverbal was recently diagnosed. I want to offer as much support & assistance as I can! She is the sweetest little girl, but I witnessed an outing & can understand the parental fear & anxiety when she runs off & does not respond, harder to protect her! 🙁
