Have you heard of dry needling for help with your frozen shoulder? I had it and it helped me push through the worst of my physical therapy. It’s done with acupuncture needles but isn’t actually acupuncture (done by my PT). The best thing ever and wanted to share for anyone who might need help with the crazy pain.
