so proud that my Michigan is vindicating itself, from Rashid, to Amash, & even Upton (WOW!) I’ve felt & said for years that a lot of Americans would have no problem with owning slaves. I had one boss who, after handing me my paycheck, said “You could say ‘thank you'”. I replied “So could you”. And yes, he was a republican.
