That cat is a female(99% of calicos are). It looks well fed or could be pregnant. It doesn’t have a “tipped ear” denoting a fixed stray cat and seems tame and unafraid. If its not a neighbors cat, trap it and get it fixed and re-release it otherwise you are looking at kittens. I do cat rescue in southern NJ. So sad about Hillary…
