Diane doesn’t say if she under the care of a psych. health professional or if she is just trying shower, sun, exercise. Obviously, she needs professional help or a switch in provider. Meds? Might want to change those too if she is even on any.I assume she would know this but I’ve learned never assume anything. She can’t do this alone.
