I had an abortion when I was 19, just a few yrs after Roe… I was in an impossible situation, abuse, control . I had to get away. I remember that day so clear , a compassionate Dr & her Assistant. Comforted me, cared about me .. safe, legal. I have gone on to have 2 beautiful girls .. I fear for the future, we can’t go backwards .
