Just read Sinead O’Connor plea for help;living in motel. My heart breaks for those STRUGGLING to live with mental illness. It’s so cruel. And a big hug to those loved ones affected by proxy. Idk, just feeling a deep low level sadness & disappointment with my “loved ones” past few months. Eyes wide open to the hurt they’ve caused. 💛 To us all.
