To Trevor: I’ve had 2 rounds of ECT treatments, many years apart, and both were effective. The treatments are incredibly easy and completely painless. It’s not an overnight solution, but for me, they gradually brought me back from inescapable despair to sunlight and happiness. Best of luck to you!
