I’m 45 and was adopted at birth. My parents have both passed. Suddenly my birth mother, who I’ve yearned for my whole life, popped up as a Parent/Child match on Ancestry two weeks ago! We’re messaging but it’s slow and she’s guarded. I’ve never felt so vulnerable and afraid of being rejected. I so want to know her! Any advice on the process??
