Those outside of the profession have little understanding of how a case is assigned, how it gets to trial w/ slim evidence, or of guilty rapists who refuse to admit guilt. She was flabbergasted! That's all. Law & Order is a tv show. NOT REAL LIFE! yup

Not voting for anyone now. i listened to it - she was not laughing about the rape - she was discussing her career as a lawyer - in a long interview - her having to defend a guy she didn't want to - the absurdity of the evidence - the errors in the case
