I was “married” to a woman for 11 years and gave up my career and dreams to care for her full time 24/7 as she fought terminal cancer. Well. She recovered, was cancer free, and then dumped me when my own health declined after devoting myself to HER recovery. I get it. I too will NEVER remarry. Ability to trust DESTROYED.
