I am writing to ask for your help. I am severly obese and low income, have tried to get insurance for surgery but to no avail. How about we work out something that you can photograph or tape my surgery and my journey and use it to promote health and wellness. I currently weigh 325 and have diabetes and kidney issues you are my last hope
