son who has autism age 9 is reading at a kindergarten level, can’t due basic math, can not write a sentence by himself.He has a visual percept issue and the local school district wants him to go to 3rd grade.I have tried to find someone who would do probono work but have not found anyone. I have enough evidence for denial of Fape any suggestions.
