Wrenching to come here, brutally sad;yet deeply calming to be in community as also mom to BPD daughter. It cannot be understood if not lived. Mine 21 now. Episodes less often, less violent, shorter, she softer, beginning to take some responsibility after 7.5 years of absolute help that nearly killed me. And she has whole brain! Blend of limits/love
