For Alice w/panic attax: Remember 5-1-7! When panic starts, (if possible) sit in a straight back chair with both feet flat on ground. Back against back of chair. Breathe in thru nose deeply for count of 5. Hold breath for a count of 1. Exhale slowly thru mouth (like blowing thru a straw) for count of 7. Repeat. Slows heart rate. Resets brain!
