Rosie-I was sad to learn that a Center for Victims of Torture http://cvt.org/ was opening in MN -that there was even a need for such a thing. Stunned, when in the course of human events, our own country would deem it necessary to create victims itself-I thought it was for OTHER countries’ victims. We no longer have a moral high ground to stand on.
