Partner & I had a baby (she carried). Now she’s not letting me adopt him (our court date was 12/20, she canceled) & threatening to keep him from me & my family if we break up unless we write a parenting plan that only her attny can look at, I can’t hire one to check it out. This is TX, so I think I have no rights. Together 11 yrs. What do I do?
