I know how much you have done to help Chelsea. So much more than most people can afford! Sometimes DNA plays too much of a part. I adopted my 2 yr old daughter @4 mos. She was born addicted to heroin & spent 7 wks in the hospital going through withdrawal. I’m scared everyday that love won’t be enough & she will follow in her parents footsteps.
