I was around 7 & went through a phase where I wanted to be called Sam(Samantha). My mom, brother, family & even my moms coworkers called me Sam for about 6 months. I’m so thankful they let me be “Sam” & then let me go back to being Mindy. No questions asked. They let me, be me. What a thoughtful thing. Thanks for reminding me of that time 💜
