Indictments are separate and can be released anytime, based on when prosecutors from various states determine the time is right to release sealed indictments. The OSC office isn’t issuing further indictments bc Mueller farmed them out to many different locations. Wise move on Muellers part since GOP & fake POTUS did their best to taint his report.
