When I had frozen shoulder, doctor gave me pain medicine and PT but it just wouldn’t let up after 2 months. So she gave me a cortisone shot right in the shoulder & within a week, the pain was gone. When it happened to my other shoulder, I asked for the shot and the pain was gone in 24 hrs. Relief. Can you get cortisone w/your heart condition?
