Had a discussion today about the energy we all have inside us and how it guides us. Person I was talking to brought up “empaths” I was curious so I looked it up. Sounds EXACTLY like you! There’s an “empathic spectrum” Narcissists are one end and empaths the opposite. Nac’s are empaths kryptonite. Has anyone ever mentioned it 2 U? just curious
