Joe Biden is a “toucher” in a comforting loving way. I understand that some people could be adverse to touching but this is a lack of awareness and education on Joes part not perversion. I’m a natural toucher too. I hug friends etc. I’m learning some people see it as intrusive. We do better when we know better
