Intermittent fasting. It’s simple and you will lose weight. Eat all of your food for the day between 11am – 8pm and that’s it. If you eat later than 8pm then bump back your start time the next morning. If you’re a morning person eat from 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm. Basically a 9 hr window of eating and 15 hr window of fasting every day. It’s easy.
