Midtown turning back into a hellhole. NYC real estate prices free falling. No restaurants, no bars, no shops, no theaters. Nothing to stay in the city for. Everyone with money moving out while they can still sell. Going to get devastatingly worse before new leadership finally turns it back around. 10 yrs is my guess. Stay safe Rosie.
