He is an admitted sex addict ~ “women are my alcohol”. Needs to constantly surround himself with people (women) to feed his addiction. He objectifies them and is fueling thoughts/fantasies that FILL his head. That’s why he appears so distracted ~ and also why he needs to delegate his whole job except where it gratifies him.
