It is copyright infringement to be selling somebody else’s photographs — which are protected under US Copyright Law. Donating the proceeds to charity does not nullify this fact nor give you immunity under the law. That would be like stealing your neighbors Lexus and selling it, then giving the money to charity. You’ve still broken the law.
