I am despondent. Really scared he will somehow maneuver to be re-elected and be able to totally ruin our democratic republic. Then I read you saying you are despondent too, and I am more scared. I’ve always looked to you to make me feel hopeful. I am 76 and have never felt this way about our country. Sending you love. May our broken hearts heal.
