I am a RN in a clinic that sees most of the HIV/AIDS pts in a very conservative homophobic area of TX. Sometimes I want to cry, and I do, thinking about the pain these men feel – isolated , closeted , depressed. It’s really hard to imagine , but in this day & age this exists . I am in San Fran visiting & see the beauty of being who u r, freedom .
