Struggling to keep my son’s head above water. He has been diagnosed with depression but won’t follow thru with treatment, he’s 20 so my hands are tied. So difficult being the parent and trying to be loving and supportive while trying to implement some type of rules and expectations. So overwhelming at times. What gets you through rough times?
