My two cents. These people who ask for your help. Finding the help may take thinking on their part but I cant help but think, somewhere in their lives, in their good karma, a solution awaits. Asking Rosie kind of doesnt help them at all in a way. Hope this doesnt sound cold. I dont mean it that way.
