From your descriptions Dax reminds me so much of my ASD daughter. She is 13 in 2 weeks and has outgrown most of her sensory issues and is high honors in 7th grade. Still quirky socially but never ceases to amaze me. Early Intervention is the key. Keep up the good work mama!
