I’m the same, depressed and feel as hopeless as you. Only son is in college and we miss him so much. Sitting around doing nothing but eating and drinking Pepsi. Been three weeks since my last Pepsi. My wife and I got a puppy. I walked 2 1/2 miles today with the pup. It felt so good to get out in the sun. I hope to keep it up. I’m very overweight
