re:Kathy Griffin. From the Stern interview, Kathy said she had a serious problem with the way she was handled by Cindy Berger and maybe associates u with her? B/c I did here her talk about you early on in the narrative. But maybe now she has resentment towards you about it. Did you have her call Cindy for crisis management or have Cindy call her?
