Can you help me as an adoptive mother, I need to bring attention to the lack of care that my children are getting from our county mental health system. my sons are now in CPS/DHHS custody, charges have been filed against me because I could no longer care for them without mental health services alotted to them with the adoption subsidy medicaid.
