I woke up with a dull ache I back and chest took 3baby aspirin read about heart attacks then went back to sleep woke with ache on the inside of left elbow stretched it out went back to sleep woke up with weird feeling in chest. A few days before felt a dull ache I upper left back. Is this in my head or should I see a doctor
