Ro, I could be wrong but I think he is starting to call himself a ‘wartime president’ not just to compliment himself but to lay the foundation for the people he has in place to deem it necessary that he remain in office. I read something about the powers of a wartime president and there seems to be wiggle room there. We need to invoke the 25th!!!
