My 6 year old niece says her grandpa sexually abused her and talks about it in detail, but the law won’t do anything about it because it’s hearsay. She is still forced to see him by her father. Legally he is supposed to supervise her, but I don’t think that’s happening because he doesn’t believe her. What can I do?
