Hey Ro. I am not sure if you will even see this… I got home from my trip and flight. Starting getting a panic attack and couldn’t calm with breathing etc. had to take xanax. Just really am disappointed in myself. Sad. Embarrassed. I don’t take that often but they are so addictive. We need better rescue drugs. Better day tomorrow.
