CANDLE MAKING

Have you ever pulled a candle out of its mold and been surprised by the color? The color of the melted wax is not always quite the same as when it hardens. Here’s a cool trick to test your wax color. Dip a wooden skewer, toothpick, or any old utensil into your pot of melted wax. Then hold it over a white piece of paper and let the melted wax drip on the paper. The small drops harden very quickly, and you’ll get a sneak-peak of the candle’s actual color.
