It doesn't have a "tipped ear" denoting a fixed stray cat and seems tame and unafraid. If its not a neighbors cat, trap it and get it fixed and re-release it otherwise you are looking at kittens. I do cat rescue in southern NJ. So sad about Hillary... should i leave out food and try to get it to come inside?
